Furthermore their right to be in a space where they are heard and seen.I have always been extremely passionate about the art of leadership, extraordinary performance, the dynamics of full engagement at work and life. How to recognize the need for change and to lead it.Particularly intrigued on how people can create value and meaning in their lives.So I took this passion further and dived deeper into different coaching modalities, leadership literature, emotional intelligence, and neuroscience.Attended courses, workshops and conferences to further sharpen my intuition and skills.Got trained and certified as a life coach and an executive coach, and still learning and following great mentors and coaches to gain more insights and tools.I had coached and mentored hundreds of remarkable individuals and professionals and worked with many organizations facilitating growth and development using coaching, and mentoring or through creating and conducting customized leadership programs.
I am building on a foundation of 25 years in the corporate world of IT, where I held many technical and business roles during those years; in which enriched my experience in the aspects of business, technology and team capacity building.
The Most recent role was the General Manager of Products and Solutions at STS Group; the leading system integrator in Jordan and the MENA region.
I Started my career as a very ambitious and eager to learn engineer in a stimulating and rapidly changing industry, which helped me be part of many innovative and successful projects that contributed to the development of the IT Infrastructure in Jordan.
Being a dedicated and relentless professional had helped me during the years to be recognized as a credible business adviser by colleagues and customers.
For 15 years I had lead and coached technical and sales teams to perform up to their highest potential, to achieve outstanding results, and simply to provide a massive impact.
